Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Please read carefully. By using the Platform or placing an Order you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Service, and that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" — the PrintRune website at printrune.com and all related services.
- "PrintRune", "we", "us", "our" — PrintRune LLC (Wyoming, USA), operating the Platform as the seller of record. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
- "Customer", "you", "your" — any person accessing the Platform or placing an Order.
- "Product" — a physical made-to-order print-on-demand item (apparel, home goods, accessories, and similar) offered on the Platform.
- "Order" — a confirmed purchase of one or more Products.
- "Fulfilment Partner" — a third-party manufacturer that produces Products on our behalf. Our partners operate facilities in several countries, including the United States, Vietnam, and China, and may change based on product type and operational needs.
- "Payment Processor" — the third-party providers that handle payments on the Platform (including Stripe, PayPal, and Airwallex).
2. Orders and Seller of Record
2.1 Seller of record. PrintRune is the seller of record for every Order. PrintRune appears on your receipt and card statement and is responsible for fulfilment, support, returns, refunds, and chargebacks.
2.2 Acceptance. An Order becomes binding when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an Order — for example, for a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability — and will refund any amount already paid.
2.3 Currency. Prices display in your local currency where supported (GBP in the United Kingdom, CAD in Canada) and otherwise in US Dollars. The currency and amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
3. Designs and Artists
Products on PrintRune feature artwork created by independent artists and our in-house design team, sometimes assisted by AI tools. Any design credit shown identifies the artist behind the design; PrintRune remains the seller of every Product in the catalogue.
4. Your Account
4.1 You may order with or without an account. If you create one, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us at support@printrune.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.2 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4.3 We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
5. Products, Pricing, and Payment
5.1 Made to order. Every Product is manufactured individually after you order it — nothing is pre-made stock. Because each item is produced just for you, Products cannot be returned for change of mind or for a size you selected in error (see Section 7 and your statutory rights in Section 9).
5.2 Pricing. Prices are shown on the Platform in the currency for your location and confirmed at checkout. Where the law of your location requires it (such as UK VAT), applicable taxes are included in the displayed price; otherwise taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Prices exclude shipping and any customs duties or import charges that may arise on delivery (see Section 6.5).
5.3 Payment. Payments are handled securely by our Payment Processors; we never store full card details. If your card or account uses a different currency than checkout, your bank or provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees, which we do not control.
6. Manufacturing, Shipping, and Delivery
6.1 Timeframes. Production typically takes 2–5 business days; total delivery (production plus shipping) is usually 7–15 business days depending on your market. Holiday and peak periods can add delays. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6.2 Destinations. We ship to the United States (all 50 states), the United Kingdom, and Canada.
6.3 Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated from your destination and cart contents and displayed at checkout before you pay. Qualifying Orders may receive free shipping — see the Shipping Policy for current rates.
6.4 Taxes collected at checkout. Where we collect taxes at checkout, nothing more is owed to us for those taxes.
6.5 Import charges. Because Products may be manufactured and shipped internationally, the destination country can levy customs duties or import taxes on delivery, particularly on higher-value Orders. Where these apply, you are the importer of record and responsible for them; they are not part of our price or shipping fee.
6.6 Lost or damaged shipments. PrintRune is responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. Report the issue to support@printrune.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your Order number and tracking details (for damage, include photos within 48 hours of delivery). After investigating with the carrier — usually 2–5 business days — we provide a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to raise a return or refund request. Requests are accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped by us, shipping damage, and carrier-confirmed lost packages; they are not accepted for change of mind, customer selection errors, normal print-on-demand variation, or items that have been used, washed, or altered. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The full process — including what evidence to send and how replacements work — is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Quality Standards and Tolerances
8.1 Normal variation. Because every item is printed individually, the following fall within normal tolerance and are not defects: colour within roughly 5–10% of what your screen displays, garment measurements within 1–2 inches of the size chart, and print placement within about 0.5 inch.
8.2 Actual defects — significant print errors, fabric flaws, a wrong item, size, or colour, and shipping damage — qualify for a remedy under Section 7.
9. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer right that the law does not allow to be excluded. In particular:
- United Kingdom — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty, misdescribed, or unsatisfactory goods entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- United States — applicable federal and state consumer-protection law, including California law.
- Canada — applicable provincial consumer-protection law.
If any term here conflicts with a non-excludable statutory right in your jurisdiction, the statutory right prevails.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Our IP. The Platform — including the website, software, the PrintRune name, logo, and marks — belongs to PrintRune or its licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes; copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, or using our trademarks without written permission is prohibited.
10.2 Catalogue artwork. All artwork and content in the catalogue is owned by or licensed to PrintRune (see Section 3).
10.3 Your content. By submitting a review, photo, or testimonial you grant PrintRune a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it on the Platform and in marketing, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
11. IP Compliance and Copyright Complaints
11.1 PrintRune respects intellectual property rights and works to keep the catalogue free of infringing or counterfeit goods. We review catalogue items and remove anything that infringes third-party rights or breaches our content standards.
11.2 We do not sell items that infringe copyright, trademark, design, or publicity rights; that are counterfeit or falsely imply an affiliation or licence; or that are unlawful or hateful.
11.3 Copyright (DMCA). Rights holders who believe a Product or design infringes their copyright can send a notice containing the elements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent: legal@printrune.com, or PrintRune LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We investigate valid notices and remove or disable material as appropriate; a counter-notice process is available. Brand owners may also report trademark concerns to the same address. Full procedures are described in our Intellectual Property Policy.
12. Warranties and Disclaimers
12.1 What we stand behind. As seller of record, PrintRune is responsible for: Products manufactured to specification and free of manufacturing defects (with the remedies in Section 7); processing valid Orders, coordinating production and delivery, and providing tracking; issuing approved refunds; responding to support inquiries, typically within 24–48 hours; and your statutory rights under Section 9, which cannot be disclaimed.
12.2 Variation within the tolerances of Section 8 is acceptable and not a defect.
12.3 Platform "as is". The website and its tools are provided "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. This disclaimer does not extend to Product quality, Order fulfilment, or your statutory rights.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the maximum extent the law permits, PrintRune is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.
13.2 Subject to Section 13.3, our total liability for any claim relating to an Order is capped at the amount you paid for that Order.
13.3 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Steps. (1) Email support@printrune.com with your Order number, a description of the issue, and any evidence — we aim to reply within 24–48 hours on business days. (2) If unresolved after 7 days, request a manager review; a manager replies within 3 business days. (3) If still unresolved after 30 days, email legal@printrune.com for an executive review, answered within 10 business days. (4) You may then pursue a payment-method dispute, a consumer-protection agency, or the options below.
14.2 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit your mandatory rights under the consumer-protection laws of your own jurisdiction.
14.3 Jurisdiction. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. At PrintRune's election, a dispute may instead be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules — conducted online, in English, before a sole arbitrator.
14.4 Injunctive relief. PrintRune may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to stop IP infringement, breach of confidentiality, or security threats.
14.5 Class action and jury waiver. To the extent the law allows, both parties waive jury trial and class, collective, or representative proceedings; disputes must be brought individually. Where this waiver is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it does not apply to you.
14.6 Before a chargeback. Please give us at least 10 business days to resolve an issue through Section 14.1 before filing a chargeback — except for unauthorised transactions, where we have not replied within 7 days, or genuine emergencies. Nothing here prevents a chargeback if a good-faith resolution attempt fails.
15. Force Majeure
PrintRune is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control — natural disasters, war, government action, pandemics, or major internet or telecom outages. Even so, approved refunds are still issued, our responsibilities for Product quality and fulfilment remain, and your statutory rights are unaffected. We will work to resolve any disruption and complete your Order within a reasonable time.
16. General
- Entire agreement — these Terms plus our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Intellectual Property Policy are the whole agreement between you and PrintRune.
- Changes — material changes take effect 30 days after posting (with notice to account holders); minor changes on posting. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
- Severability — if a provision is invalid, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver — not enforcing a provision does not waive it.
- Assignment — PrintRune may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
- Notices — to PrintRune at legal@printrune.com; to you at the email on your Order or account.
- Survival — IP, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution, and payment obligations survive termination.
